- Accidental loss or damage to negatives, transparencies or equipment resulting in your inability to supply photographs as required by contract. The insurer will pay you the cost of a retake of the photos where practical, or if not practical the amount of the refund of all monies paid to you by the customer providing the loss or damage is not sustained more than 180 days after completion of the event photographed.
